I admit it. Until I started blogging, less than six months ago, I didn't know what a cloche was. I didn't know how popular they were, or how versatile. I think I first came across one on Marty's blog called A Stroll Thru Life and that is where I'm linking today and joining in on her fun Cloche party. I've since seen cloche's all over the blogosphere, been inspired by the creative ways to use and display them, and finally picked up a couple of my own to share today. I think I'm officially hooked. I found these two cloche's at Hobby Lobby. One is filled with a stack of vintage brown transferware cups And this one holds an early 19th century transferware plate which slightly mimics the shape of the base. Atop the plate I put a real bird nest which was in the wreath on my front door and a real bird egg found in the yard earlier this spring.
